Payment glitch with Nameless

Has anyone run into problems ordering parts from nameless recently? I was trying to pick up an axleback for my Impreza and ran into some weirdness at checkout, I went through the process, used paypal, but the site glitched out right after payment, and I thought maybe its just a normal glitch because these things glitch from time to time but then after all was said and done, there was no order confirmation, no email, nothing showing in my nameless account, I check my bank and see two separate charges and what's throwing me off the most is there's no record of the transactions in paypal either, just the charges showing up on my card. I've reached out to them, but I've yet to see any substantial solution being upped yet, and then with this whole double transaction thing and no evidence of it is crazy

Yeah that sounds sketchy, man. I ordered from them months ago with no issues, but something definitely sounds off here. Keep pushing support and maybe try to hit up your bank to flag one of those charges just in case.

Not sure about nameless, but I had a similar situation with a different online retailer a few months ago for my job. I got charged twice and reached out to the retailer and my bank. Eventually the numbers didn't add up and they found that I really was charged twice for one product and was reimbursed.
