I just picked up a manual Impreza hatch and can't wait to start modding, I am thinking wheels and tires first maybe 18x7 or 18x8 with 235/40R18s then steering damper, strut brace, and sway bars. Any other fun, warranty-friendly upgrades for daily driving and mountain runs?

If you want something subtle, I believe you can go ahead and aim for a performance panel filter. That's if you want help with throttle response even just a bit. Also, better lighting can make those mountain runs safer and more enjoyable.
